Police in Henry County are investigating after a man was struck by a vehicle Saturday afternoon after reportedly suffering from a medical issue. According to a release from the Henry County Sheriff's Office, around 1:04 p.m. on Sept. 27, deputies were called to the 1400 block of East County Road 750 North in Springport on a report of a vehicle crash involving a pedestrian.
