Description
Purdue University employees say they’re paying more for their medications after the university switched its pharmacy benefit manager from CVS Caremark to AffirmedRx.
The university's Board of Trustees decided on the change in August 2024. Under the new PBM, staff were given a list of more than 700 medications that are now considered “non-preventive.” The changes are being phased in throughout the year.
