Description
Travis Decker, the man believed to have killed his three daughters near Leavenworth, Washington, earlier this year, has been declared dead by the U.S. Marshals Service.
The declaration came as part of a court filing Wednesday in the Eastern District of Washington to dismiss Decker's criminal case and arrest warrant.
