There are renewed concerns about a homeless encampment behind a Walmart on East Washington Street on the far east side of Indianapolis. The encampment crosses over both sides of the Pennsy Trail. 13News did not see anyone in the camp Thursday morning, but did see one tent and dozens of shopping carts. Clothing, shoes, pots and pans and trash were scattered everywhere.
