Description
The next death row execution in Indiana is just over two weeks away. The Indiana Parole Board listened to emotional testimony Monday, Sept 22 about whether Roy Lee Ward's life should be spared during a daylong clemency hearing at the Indiana Government Center South auditorium.
Following the testimony, in a letter to Gov. Mike Braun dated Sept. 24, the board unanimously recommended he deny Ward's request for commutation of his death sentence.
