Description
The Clinton County Commissioners are calling for Sheriff Richard Kelly and his wife, Jail Matron Ashley Kelly, to resign immediately.
This is following a court ruling last week that found both of them personally liable for the misappropriation of more than $329,000.
The Clinton Circuit Court granted summary judgment on Sept. 17 in favor of the State of Indiana and against the couple and their private business, Leonne LLC.
