Description
Residents are working to make a Monon Trail crossing on the near north side of Indianapolis safer for bikers and walkers with a new Community Powered Infrastructure project.
Over the weekend, neighbors near where the trail crosses East 52nd Street installed water-filled plastic barriers in the center turn lane, vertical delineators and repainted bike lanes. For the next few weeks, volunteers will observe the safety project at different times of the day.
