Description
The American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) of Indiana filed a lawsuit Monday against the president of Ball State University for firing an administrator who made a Facebook post about the assassination of conservative activist Charlie Kirk.
Suzanne Swierc is the former director of health promotion and advocacy at Ball State.
