Vance, are expected to pay tribute Sunday to Charlie Kirk, the conservative activist who was shot and killed on a Utah college campus earlier this month. The memorial is being held at State Farm Stadium in Glendale, Arizona. The stadium can seat up to 73,000, and other overflow areas have been set up to accommodate the crowds.
