Officials in Hamilton County are pausing plans for a domestic violence shelter due to "financial constraints" caused by Senate Bill 1.
Signed into law earlier this year by Gov. Mike Braun, SB1 provides Indiana homeowners $1.3 billion in property tax relief over the first three years.
