Description
Three Indianapolis neighborhoods, with sky-high rates of diabetes, have been getting special attention from a program through the IU Fairbanks School of Public Health.
It's meant to reduce the risk of diabetes, focus on prevention and education and reduce rates of the disease.
Organizers say over the past eight years, the program's personal, community-based approach is getting results.
