Affordable housing options are a must for many people with the rising costs of nearly everything. That's why there's now a new low-income apartment complex open near Fall Creek and Keystone in Indianapolis.
Forty Six Flats Apartments, located at 2511 E. 46th St., offers one- and two-bedroom units.
"We think it's a transformative project that's providing 173 homes to Individuals making between 50 and 60% of the area median income," said Matt Gadus, with House Investments.
