Description

A 16-year-old was arrested after allegedly fatally shooting a man on Indianapolis' south side in July. According to IMPD, around 12:45 a.m. July 25, officers were called to the 400 block of Griffin Road, near US 31 and East Stop 11 Road, on a report of a car crash. When officers arrived, they found the driver, later identified as 20-year-old Edier Alexander Hernandez Rivera, shot inside a car.
