Stickers displaying hateful messages are popping up in public places in Hamilton County. Micha Huber found one of the racist stickers on a pole in Noblesville and said she couldn't believe what she was seeing. "It was kind of a propaganda-type sticker that said, "Keep Hamilton County White," which is very, terribly offensive to me," Huber said.
