Police in South Bend responded to a report of shots fired near the Notre Dame campus Saturday night. According to a release from the South Bend Police Department, around 10 p.m. on Sept. 13, officers were called to the Eddy Street Commons, just south of the campus of Notre Dame, on a report of shots fired.
