The president of the Muncie Civil Rights Commission is facing growing pushback over comments he allegedly made about the assassination of conservative activist Charlie Kirk.
Steven Knipp was appointed by the Muncie City Council. 13News has been sent screenshots of his alleged comments but has not been able to independently verify that they were made by Knipp.
