The City of Indianapolis is partnering with Bird in a new pilot program aimed to keep everyone safe. "I 100% believe that this will be successful. I 100% believe that this should be scaled up," said Jeffery Thompkins with the Chatham Arch Neighborhood Association near Mass Ave. The association partnered with the city and Bird to help paint the new designated parking spots for scooters.
