A former Indiana councilman accused of child sex crimes was taken into custody in Kentucky after over two years on the run. The Madison County Sheriff's Department said Steven Sumner was captured the afternoon of Tuesday, Sept. 9. The Madison County Sheriff's Department said investigators figured out Sumner was driving a blue 2010 Toyota Yaris and traveling near Winchester, Kentucky. US Marshals then found the Toyota and took Sumner into custody.
