The bold future of Interstate 65 and Interstate 70 inside the Interstate 465 loop is one step closer to coming to fruition. On Friday, Sept. 5, the Indiana Department of Transportation and ProPEL Indy released their latest report into potential improvement plans for some of Indiana's most bottleneck corridors: the downtown loop.
