Description
A dog was shot by officers while police were trying to get to a stabbing victim in Carmel Sunday morning.
The Carmel Police Department said officers received a "frantic 911 call" reporting a stabbing in the 500 block of East 111th Street, near North College Avenue, around 4:30 a.m. Aug. 31.
When officers arrived on scene, they said they heard someone inside the detached garage calling for help.
