Description
IMPD Sex Crimes detectives arrested a 27-year-old man for allegedly trying to rape two women on the Monon Trail.
Police said the first incident happened Friday, Aug. 8. Officers responded to a report of an attempted rape investigation that happened earlier that morning. Detectives learned a woman was attacked by the suspect and had multiple injuries. Officers located good Samaritans who saw the attack and intervened.
