Description

Family and friends of 3-year-old Kamauri Williams honored him Friday with a balloon release. Kamauri's parents, Korie Bankhead and De Mauri Williams, lost their first child in 2019 after he was born premature. Police said Bankhead came home to find a door open and Kamauri missing. She and a neighbor later found him in a retention pond. The neighbor pulled him out and started CPR. Kamauri later died at a hospital.
