Description
A man is in critical condition after a crash in Kokomo Tuesday morning.
The Kokomo Police Department said officers reported to the area of East Taylor Street and North Apperson Way, just before 7:30 a.m. Aug. 19, for a serious injury crash involving an electric bicycle.
When officers arrived on scene, they said they saw a gray Shengmilo S600 electric bicycle had hit a trailer in the parking lot for Fashions on the Go in the 300 block of East Taylor Street.
