Description
Baltimore firefighters responded by land and water, enlisting tug boats to help the 23 people on board the 750-foot commercial carrier that had reportedly exploded in the city's harbor on Monday.
The blast happened at around 6:30 p.m. on the Patapsco River not far from the site of the former Francis Scott Key Bridge, which collapsed in March 2024.
