Description
A 17-year-old old was shot and killed on the near north side of Indianapolis early Sunday morning.
According to IMPD, around 3 a.m. Aug. 17, officers responded to a report of a person shot in the 2100 block of Central Avenue, near 22nd Street and College Avenue.
When officers arrived on scene, they said they found a juvenile male shot inside The Grounds apartment complex. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
