A Madison County family doubled in size Friday afternoon after a special adoption ceremony in Hamilton County.
Kevin and Amanda Cougill, who live in Markleville, made the trip to Noblesville to officially welcome six young children to their family.
"We have had the four for two years and the twins since birth," said Amanda.
