The City of Indianapolis plans to connect everyone at a troubled homeless encampment in Fountain Square with housing through the Streets to Home Indy initiative. In a press released on Friday, Aug. 15, the city announced it had successfully housed 10 people at another camp as part of a pilot to make sure the program would work.
