Description
Two women are facing neglect charges following the death of a 3-year-old Bloomington girl Wednesday.
Deputies conducted a wellness check on the girl at a home on North Thomas Road on Friday, Aug. 8. When they arrived, they found the child was unconscious and not breathing.
