Description
A Muncie woman was arrested after she allegedly neglected more than 20 animals — and even used some of them for dogfighting.
On Aug. 8, court documents say animal control officers and Muncie police officers recovered 21 flea-ridden animals, 15 dogs and six cats, from a home in the 3000 block of South Madison Street, near East 22nd Street and South Pershing Avenue, after animal control received multiple complaints for a large number of dogs on the property and reports of dogfighting.
