Description

The Indianapolis City-County Council passed a proposal at Monday night’s meeting updating the county’s curfew ordinance. Under Proposal No. 232, children between the ages of 15 and 17 must be off the streets between 1 a.m. and 5 a.m. on Saturday and Sunday and from 11 p.m. to 5 a.m. during the week. Children under the age of 15 must be off public streets between 11 p.m. and 5 a.m. every day.
