IMPD says a man has died after he was stabbed Sunday afternoon on the near east side of Indianapolis. According to IMPD, just before 7 p.m. on Aug. 10, officers were called to the 200 block of North State Avenue on a report of a person down. When officers arrived on scene, they found an adult male in an alleyway suffering from "possible lacerations." Police say EMS arrived on scene and transported the victim to a local hospital in critical condition where he later died from his injuries.
