You can now order a "blackout" license plate for your Indiana vehicle. On Friday, Aug. 8, the Indiana Bureau of Motor Vehicles (BMV) started selling the new, minimalist plates. The license plates are black with white letters and numbers. The plates cost an additional $45, and you can personalize them for another $45 on top of that.
