The City of Fort Collins and Larimer County will open a new 1.75‑mile hiking, biking and equestrian trail this Saturday at Bobcat Ridge Natural Area, officials said. The Elk Meadow Trail, named for the abundant elk in the region, connects through a newly conserved 675‑acre addition to the natural area, according to the City of Fort Collin's website.
