A woman was arrested after a bomb threat in Kiowa Friday night, the Elbert County Sheriff's Office said. Around 6:30 p.m., the sheriff's office said a woman called Douglas County dispatch and said that she had a bomb. Deputies responded and located the woman, who was holding a bag, near Kiowa High School and took her into custody, the sheriff's office said.
