A hydrochloric acid leak from a semitruck prompted a closure of 84th Avenue at Interstate 25 on Monday morning, according to the Thornton Fire Department. The driver of a FedEx truck making a delivery to Wyoming noticed something leaking from their trailer. The driver pulled off to a safe place on the southbound I-25 on-ramp, the fire department said.
