Loveland Police said on Tuesday that they made an arrest after someone vandalized a resident's memorial for Charlie Kirk and threw a rock through the car window of the resident's vehicle. The vandalism happened late Saturday night, police said in a news release. Police said on Tuesday morning that a Loveland man was arrested. That person's name was not released.
