After years of on-and-off construction, a three-block stretch of St. Peter Street in Treme may finally be nearly finished.
The road runs from North Claiborne Avenue to North Villere Street. It has been under heavy construction for four years as part of a $2 billion infrastructure project funded by both the City and the federal government.
