🌊 Tropical Storm Fernand has formed in the Atlantic but is expected to stay east of Bermuda and poses no threat to the Gulf Coast. Meanwhile, Erin has transitioned to a non-tropical system and is moving away, improving beach conditions along the East Coast. Another disturbance, Invest 99, east of the Caribbean, is moving toward the Windward Islands as a messy slug of moisture with limited development.
