As the UK government prepares to unveil its annual budget on Wednesday, Greg Jackson, chief executive of Octopus Energy, calls for policy change to help lower energy bills. "We could have much cheaper electricity, largely from renewables, but our policies, our regulators, haven't changed the rules to enable that to happen." Jackson says.
