SHORT PROFILE of Belarusian opposition figure Mikola Statkevich, who has returned to prison after refusing to leave the country following a major release of political prisoners, according to his wife. Statkevich -- who ran against President Alexander Lukashenko in the 2010 election -- was among the 52 political prisoners released by Belarus in September.
