Missouri student gave advice on how to die by suicide, according to lawsuit. According to the lawsuit, the fraternity member had access to all five victims and was one of the last people to see each student before their deaths. *July/August 2019 - a civil lawsuit is filed against Truman State University, Alpha Kappa Lambda fraternity, and Brandon Grossheim. The lawsuit was filed by the parents of Alex Mullins and Joshua Thomas. The attorney for the parents was Nicole Gorovsky.
