 [Notes:ANDREA] {***ANDREA***} 12        Tomorrow candidate filing begins for candidates seeking an office.          and Bamberg county Representative Bakari Sellers is complaining about most State election offices being closed on the first day [TAKE VO] {***VO***}      State law sets the filing period as noon tomorrow through noon March 30, with weekend office hours required only during the last 72 hours.      But only Lexington and Spartanburg counties are choosing to open Sunday.      sellers says all 46 counties need to keep office hours throughout the two-week period, and he'll introduce legislation next week requiring it for future elections.
