The owner of an Aspen-area dog sledding operation will be arraigned this afternoon.

Dan Mac-Eachen is charged with 8 counts of misdemeanor animal cruelty.
He owns Kra-bloonik in Snowmass Village.
Over the years, there have been a variety of complaints about how MacEachen cared for the dogs.
Prosecutors won't comment - saying it's an open criminal investigation.
